Deposit Information
A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure
a booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is
due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. In addition to the rental
fee, a security deposit of $200 is required at the time of
the booking deposit. A security deposit is required to cover
any breakage or damage that may occur during your stay. This
deposit is returned to you in full within 14 days of departure
if there are no damages.
